Kid Orders Thousands of Dollars in Lollipops and Fallacies Pop Up In the Story... Yet, We Shouldn't Talk About It...Right? I Will. I Will Try to Be Nice
James, I want more bank stories. They are hilarious. Can't believe management can be so short sighted. Customer service is everything in this era and for such a small thing to become such a big issue is incredible. Management should give the employees the discretion to make those decisions. Keep the banker stories coming. I need humor.
Hey, my friend. I just saw this. More will surely be coming. I have 13 years worth of thing. As much as I love sports, I love customer service and understanding the science behind it, and all those bad experiences taught me so much. I have become so much better at it, that I have this whole other source of income discussing it online The stories I have are loads of fun, laugh out loud funny at times, mixed with other emotions other times, especially anger. I have made peace with a lot of it, so I like to share them with others now. I think I mentioned to you once, my lifelong goal is to turn my bank work history into a TV show or movie screenplay. I know people would love it! Good to hear from you!
James, I totally understand your frustration with the banking industry. I have been involved with banks all my life along with having some good friends working in the industry. All of them seem to be always frustrated by the actions of upper management and those poor employees are left to try to explain to the customer all the new insane policies. The stress created is just unbelievable.
